A couple of weeks ago we received a call from Tricon Residential at 9:30am with an 11th hour request for photography at 1pm. Fortunately, nimble as we are!, we were able to pivot this way and that to be available. A refreshing feel-good project, we photographed a tour of 25 people made up of various stakeholders (including municipal, provincial and federal government, Tricon Residential, Ellis Don (the builder) and a number of non-profits, including Indigenous organizations) as they got to witnessed a massive decade-long affordable housing project coming close to fruition. It's always nice to see people involved in meaningful work with profound impacts. Here are some pix:
